Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and offer a 14-day return policy for your purchases. However, to ensure a smooth return process, please carefully review the conditions below. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business from potential disputes, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.


1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
  2. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item by contacting us at customerservice@trtvseries.com. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  1. Hygiene and Personal Care Products: Perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics, and similar items.
  2. Custom-Made and Personalized Products: Custom-sized clothing, bespoke items, or products created to customer specifications.
  3. Jewelry and Apparel: Rings, earrings, and other intimate apparel, if worn or altered.
  4. Opened or Unsealed Items: Products where the original packaging has been tampered with, unless defective.
  5. Final Sale Items: Clearance or discounted items marked as "final sale."
  6. Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of their delivery. Once a digital product is purchased, it is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.


3. Return Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including international returns.
    • We do not provide prepaid return labels for any returns.
  2. Exceptions: If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs after receiving proof of return costs. Contact customerservice@trtvseries.com for approval before returning such items.

4. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns. This fee covers administrative and handling costs.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@trtvseries.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item as evidence for evaluation.
    Note: If we determine that the issue is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace or refund the item.

6. Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Bank Disputes: Refund delays caused by your bank or payment provider are beyond our control, and additional time may be required.

7. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. However:

  1. All returns must comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
  2. Non-returnable items (Section 2) are excluded from the EU cooling-off period.

8. Dispute Resolution and Legal Protection

  1. Any disputes or chargebacks related to returns will be addressed based on this return policy and all supporting documentation.
  2. We reserve the right to challenge any unjustified chargeback claims with your payment provider, providing proof of the transaction, this policy, and any correspondence.
  3. Customers initiating false disputes may be held legally liable for associated administrative and legal costs.

9. Legal and Administrative Notice

  1. By purchasing from our store, you agree to this return policy and its conditions.
  2. This return policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved under Turkish jurisdiction.
  3. In the event of legal action, we reserve the right to recover reasonable legal and attorney fees incurred during the resolution process.

10. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@trtvseries.com with your order details, photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
  2. If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
