Plot Summary

Orhan, a once-successful writer, is deeply affected by a traumatic loss that leads him to abandon his past and move to London, where he begins a new life as an editor. Years later, he returns to Istanbul, compelled by the opportunity to work with renowned director Deniz Soysal, who has spent much of his life between Paris, London, and Berlin. Deniz is back in Istanbul to move his mother from their historic family mansion and prepare for his next film. He has also written a book about his childhood memories in the city.

Orhan’s task is to polish Deniz's book before publication, and after long discussions, the two finally meet in Istanbul. However, the next morning, Deniz mysteriously disappears. Orhan's arrival and Deniz's sudden vanishing seem more than just a coincidence, prompting a secret investigation. As everyone fears that Deniz may never return, Orhan discovers that the stories in Deniz's book are not what they appear to be. The more he delves, the more he realizes that Deniz’s enigmatic life and sudden disappearance are on the brink of being unveiled.
